OPPA Credit Union offers bridge financing to members moving by choice or as a result of force relocation. Bridge financing allows you to close on the sale of your new home before the sale of your current home is completed.

To be approved for bridge financing, we require a firm offer to purchase on your current residence. The maximum timeframe for bridge financing is 120 days with an interest charge of Prime only.

An application fee may be applicable. Fees are due on the sale of your current home.
